Job Description:
Our client, an innovative software company, are in search of a customer focussed, strategic and commercially savvy Director of Product Management to lead a team of talented engineers, marketers and product managers. You will be working closely with their entrepreneurial and highly successful CEO, to launch a fantastic new product scheduled for release this year!
As Director of Product Management, at this exciting new start-up you will be guiding the team as they develop product features, collaborate to make challenging decisions, prioritise and problem solve to ensure the highest quality product.
What you’ll need:
- 10 years + product management experience, managing software products from inception to completion
- Strong track record of team leadership on cross-functional, high-performance teams
- Technical background in software engineering
- Data driven, commercially savvy with a customer centric approach
- Experience of leading successful outcomes of product areas at different levels of maturity
- Thrives in high-growth environments, particularly SaaS
- Experience of building and growing B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers
