Senior Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-loved UK retailer with a forward thinking, fun brand are seeking a passionate, strategic Senior Marketing Manager with a strong creative eye to join their collaborative, friendly team. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from home and 3 days from their London office.

In addition to hybrid working, benefits include a bonus scheme, 35 hour working week, monthly half day wellness, regular social events (theatre, exhibitions, team drinks), 28 days holiday (in Bank Holiday) increasing by one day annually up to 33 days.

This is an exciting, varied role with lots of autonomy, working across marketing, PR, brand, both instore and online, leading a team of two and reporting into the Head of Creative.  You will be responsible for brand and campaigns across website, emails, paid media, social, POS, creating the strategy and implementing, as well as raising brand awareness through effective PR activities.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will have strong commercial acumen, creative flair and a deep understanding of driving growth through effective data and insight led marketing campaigns. Experience of line management, and working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines is key.

What you’ll need…                                                                                                   

• Experience of working with the full marketing mix, digital advertising channels and techniques
• Strong Project management skills – ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise accordingly
• Excellent analytical skills and an insight/data driven approach
• Experience creating effective campaign ideas, and pitching to internal stakeholders
• Line management experience
• Experience in marketing for either a retail, FMCG, or cosmetic brands – desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
