Job Description:

Senior Producer – creative production – up to £70k + great benefits (hybrid working)

Our client is a global creative production company who specialise in photography and film for some of the largest fashion retail brands in the industry. They are looking for a confident and creative Senior Producer with a background in both still photography and film to join their growing team. In addition to hybrid working (3 days in London office + 2 days remote), our client offers flexible working hours as part of their innovative team.

As Senior Producer, you will use your strong experience in managing shoots (both studio based and on location) to create innovative content that shapes the brand identity of one of this agency’s largest clients.

In this exciting Senior Producer role you will lead on creative shoot management for projects of all sizes, from global advertising campaigns to social media content. You will enable the end-to-end production of photography and film projects including budgeting, sourcing art directors/photography/videography teams, client/account management, interpreting creative briefs, organisation, sourcing photoshoot locations, and completing necessary compliance paperwork such as risk assessments. As Senior Producer you will actively help to produce and shape our client’s vision so staying up-to-date with current trends and competitor content will be a key part of your role.

You will use your passion for photography and film and strong understanding of creative advertising visuals to thrive in this creative production role.

What do I need?

• Previous experience producing end-to-end photography and film projects in studio and on location (including global shoots)
• A confident communication style and client management skills
• A background working within a creative production agency
• A creative, focused and proactive focused outlook – can do attitude!
• Excellent organisation skills – project and budget management
• Great contacts within the creative production industry – working relationships with photographers and shoot teams
• A history of working for fashion retail brands is a bonus!
