Our client is a fast growth healthcare brand going through a rebrand and rapid growth. They are seeking a nimble Digital Marketing Manager who can utilise focused digital campaigns experience. This digital marketing role is 4 days in the office, 1 day from home and our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, opportunities for professional development and advancement and a supportive and inclusive work environment. This role will focus on the following areas:
- HubSpot (in particular, Marketing and Service packages)
- Email marketing (ideally, experience with Hubspot email management)
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO
- Landing pages (setup & management)
As Digital Marketing Manager you will work across Paid Ads (PPC and Paid Social) planning, implementing, and managing paid media marketing campaigns, Google Ads campaigns (either within Google Ads Manager or HubSpot) and Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to continually optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI. This role will also optimize landing pages, on-site forms, website and calls-to-action to drive conversions and increase lead quality. You will continually monitor website performance delivering continually improving on-site SEO
Our client is looking for a strategic Digital Marketer who can play a key role in their innovative team including on overall digital marketing campaign success.
What do I need?
- 5 years + digital marketing experience across PPC, paid media, marketing automation and website management
- Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Experienced within Google Ads campaigns (either within Google Ads Manager or HubSpot) and Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Significant Google Ads expertise. Must have proven track record in managing campaigns with substantial monthly budgets.
- Experienced across digital marketing platforms (HubSpot) including building workflows, email campaigns, landing pages and lead nurturing sequences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- CRM experience, with a data focused mindset
- Interest in healthcare or experience in the sector beneficial
- CIM or Marketing degree a bonus
