Over Spotlight Recruitment’s plentiful history, we have had the opportunity to work with a roster of inspirational healthcare clients, ranging from medical membership bodies to private hospital groups. Our team were recently approached by a successful imaging healthcare group to support the recruitment of a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
The Challenge
Our team was tasked with the mission of sourcing an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager, who would be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, with the aim of increasing sales opportunities from both B2B and B2C audiences. We were briefed that the ideal candidate would have strong end-to-end campaign management and marketing experience, as well as a relevant degree-level qualification.
Backed by our extensive experience of recruiting for similar roles, we got to work implementing our stellar process with research to gain key insights that influence our bespoke campaign strategy. Our team of Consultants are all ex-marketers, and we are able to understand the bespoke needs of different clients and the niche skill requirements for marketing roles. Once we had collated our research and completed the search, relevant candidates were identified and then invited to our own interviewing and shortlisting process to assess key experience and expertise from their previous roles.
The Solution
A strong selection of candidates was generated and presented to the client to select those who they felt met the exact criteria for the role. The interview process for this role involved a first-stage video interview, followed by a second interview in-person at their office. We were pleased that two of our candidates were finalists, with both being strongly considered for this role. After a difficult decision for our client, one candidate was deemed a great cultural fit within the team and was later offered the role of Campaign Marketing Manager. Final advice around the offer stage and the package was conveyed, with both parties happy to accept terms for their new recruit to join the marketing team. The duration of this recruitment process was a total of a few short weeks, and the whole team Spotlight Recruitment were beyond pleased with this result.
