Events Manager – Education – up to £50k (hybrid working)
Our client is a large education group passionate about their work with children to develop futures. They’re seeking an immediate start Events Manager to organise an education conference in the UK. This role is hybrid (2 days working remotely, 3 days from their collaborative London office) and needs someone who can start immediately and commit to end of November. There is the possibility this could lead to a permanent role.
As Events Manager, you will play an integral role in the creation of a key conference, and will need proven experience in managing large-scale events and conferences from inception to completion. You will need to oversee all organisation, booking accommodation and the administration that goes alongside the role. You will need to attend the event and oversee the management on the day.
What do I need?
- Previous experience planning & organising events/conferences from scratch
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple events and communications projects simultaneously;
- Excellent writing ability and communication skills
- A creative and analytical mindset
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional networking and communication skills
