Our client is a prestigious art organisation looking for a highly creative Head of Marketing to continue their journey and evolution to a world-renowned brand. This is a brand-new role and crucial for enhancing the company profile and driving this highly creative business primarily across social media (organic and paid) as well as other marketing channels including digital, campaign and content. As Head of Marketing, you will be creating and delivering effective campaigns, supported by a talented driven Marketing Manager. This role will be brand focused, and will need strong strategic input as well as ability to manage hands-on execution. You will report into the Founder, and work collaboratively with a close-knit remote team who are passionate about what they are building.
Our client offers remote working, ideally with one day per week in London for team meetings. There is equity with the role, unlimited holiday and a pension and a really lovely team of people all passionate about what they do.
Who are you?
- Strong marketing experience, particularly across social media
- Track record of delivering excellent results via social media platforms, ideally within a start-up/scale up environment.
- A deep understanding & experience in executing a range of paid social media advertising
- Creative thinker willing to take risks
- Experience in the art world a bonus, or experience from a creative sector/AI/tech/startup and passion for art
- A good eye for creative media and visuals that create successful campaigns
- Data driven and analytical with a desire to find and test new methods
- Ability to be both strategic and execute in a hands-on capacity
