Marketing Manager – membership/arts & culture, up to £40k + great benefits, hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) 3 month FTC to start
Our client is an arts charity which help fund vital work across the UK. They are actively searching for a Marketing Manager who can start immediately. You’ll help our client identify where they can make a real difference in priority areas, build their reputation and reach a new generation of audiences through digital and community experiences.
This exciting opportunity is initially a 3-month FTC but may well transition to a permanent role in future. Hybrid working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. As Marketing Manager you will manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels that maximise sales and raise brand awareness. You will develop and deliver marketing programmes in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies including organic and paid marketing activities, partnerships, and nurturing leads.
What do I need?
- Previous experience in consumer/B2C marketing activity, ideally for arts & culture membership or subscription
- A good working knowledge of media buying and digital performance media
- A strong understanding of marketing automation
- Brilliant experience of building stakeholder relationships and managing projects
- A great eye for design
- A data driven mindset and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous line management skills – a love of coaching others
