Social Listening & Insight – Environment & Sustainability – flexible remote/ hybrid working (London)

Our client is a global communications organisation who specialise in bringing together diverse perspectives and backgrounds to find the best solutions to tackling climate change. They are looking for a data driven specialist in social listening and innovative digital campaigns to join their global, dynamic team.

This flexible role can either be fully remote from London/the EU or hybrid from their London office.

In this Social Listening & Insight position, you will play a key role in gathering and utilising audience insights to help design forward-thinking digital strategies to help achieve their mission of a safe and stable climate for all.

This exciting role offers to opportunity to develop your career as a digital insight practitioner with the support of an experienced team. You will measure digital campaign success and help to plan projects using evolving digital insight tools, platform specific insights, paid media advertising data, website data.

Using your experience of social listening and interpreting audience insights, you will play an active role in sourcing and translating these vital insights into actionable and effective advertising and communications.

In this mission-led organisation you will help to create more political, media and public endorsement for action on climate change on an international scale.

What do I need?

• Previous social listening experience in an insight or digital role
• A data-driven mindset
• Previous experience in Brandwatch is a bonus!
• A strong interest in non-profit goals and an inclusive approach to climate change
• A passion for social media and thought leadership (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, blogs and forums)
• First-rate English written and verbal communication skills (fluency in another EU language is also a bonus!)
• Excellent skills in building relationships – stakeholder management
